Role overview
Dalson Trading is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for its exporting business in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate container bookings, bill of lading issuance, and surrender with freight forwarders.
- Prepare export invoices and packing lists.
- Track shipment estimated times of arrival.
- Place customer orders and prepare pro forma invoices.
- Track and maintain pending order charts.
- Handle phone calls.
- Prepare, update, and send monthly customer outstanding statements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including invoice making.
- Professional Outlook email handling and daily follow-up.
- Husband visa is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 40,000 per month.

- The role is full-time.
