LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Overview

• Support Ras Al Qila Project 10136 offshore operations by coordinating all logistics activities.
• Ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment and supplies to and from project sites.
• Arrange and monitor transportation, vessel and logistics requirements as needed.
• Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, suppliers and logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, inventories, manifests and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company procedures and HSE standards.
• Resolve logistics related issues and provide timely support to offshore operations.
• Prepare logistics reports and updates for project management.
• Support the planning and execution of offshore project logistics activities.
• Ensure uninterrupted logistical support to meet project schedules and operational requirements.
• RESPONSABILITIES: Coordinate and manage all logistics activities for the project sites.
• Ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment and supplies to and from project locations.
• Plan and monitor loading and offloading activities, ensuring safe and timely execution.
• Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors, transport providers and offshore personnel to support project requirements.
• Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure the availability of resources at project sites.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, inventories, manifests and transportation documentation.
• Monitor logistics activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, company procedures and HSE standards.
• Coordinate vessel, transportation and site logistics requirements to support ongoing operations.
• Resolve logistics related issues and provide timely updates to project management and department management.
• Support warehouse and material management activities as required.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure uninterrupted logistics support to meet project schedules and operational objectives.
• QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator in onshore, offshore, marine or construction projects.
• Good onshore and offshore project site experience is required.
• Good knowledge of logistics planning, material coordination and loading and offloading operations.
• Experience in coordinating the movement of materials, equipment and supplies to project sites.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
• Familiarity with offshore safety standards, HSE requirements and project compliance procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
