Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support daily supply chain and transportation operations.
The successful candidate will help coordinate shipments, maintain inventory records, and ensure the efficient movement of goods while supporting overall logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with shipment scheduling and coordination
- Maintain inventory and logistics records
- Track deliveries and update shipment status
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and transport providers
- Support daily logistics and supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous logistics or warehouse experience is an advantage
