Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in logistics analysis or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation projects at HON factories and distribution centers.
- Act as liaison between Honeywell Logistics and SAP IT
- Lead SAP to 3PL WMS integration projects
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Support the optimization of transportation routes, inventory levels, and warehousing processes.
- Your role will also include overseeing, supervising, and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‐to‐end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.
