About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a sharp, responsible, and problem-solving **Logistic Coordinator** to manage our daily delivery operations and team in Umm Al Quwain.
You will be the main point of contact for tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Delivery Scheduling:** Efficiently plan and schedule daily customer deliveries.
- **Team Management:** Supervise and manage the delivery drivers and team. Ensure they follow schedules and timelines.
- **Problem Solving & Escalations:** If the team fails to deliver due to any reason, you will be fully responsible for investigating the matter, handling the situation, and rearranging the delivery.
- **Customer Management:** Communicate with customers regarding delivery timings, updates, and resolve any complaints professionally.
- **Operational Reporting:** Keep record of daily deliveries, pending issues, and team performance.
Requirements & Preferences
- **Language:** Must be fluent in **English** and **Hindi** (for effective communication with customers and the team).
- **Visa Preference:** Candidates with their **Own Visa / Cancelled Visa** who can join immediately will be highly preferred (Company visa is also available if needed).
- **Skills:** Excellent team management, leadership, and crisis-management skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or coordinator roles in the UAE is a plus.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
