Responsibilities

• Welcome hotel guests and engage them in conversation to enhance their stay.
• Provide prompt, courteous, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
• Give particular attention to Regency Club and VIP guests and support high guest satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Excellent English is required.
• A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management is sought.
• Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills, care for guests, and the ability to work under pressure.
• International luxury hotel brand experience demonstrating adaptability to different cultures and environments is sought.
