Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and engage them in conversation that contributes to their hotel experience.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient personalized service from arrival through departure.
- Give particular attention to Regency Club and VIP guests.
What we are looking for
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and care for guests.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands and adaptability to different cultures and environments.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Desire to learn, ambition to grow, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent English.
