Loan Servicing Specialist I

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our commercial, consumer, and real estate loan portfolios.

What You’ll Do As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of our loan portfolio.

Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements.

include:

• Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records
• Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments
• Researching and resolving customer inquiries
• Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking
• Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring
• Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans
• Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents
• Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team

You’ll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan servicing or a related banking role
• Strong understanding of lending fundamentals and collateral management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and math abilities
• Comfort working with computer systems and learning new platforms
• Familiarity with loan documentation, lending policies, and banking procedures
