Loan Advisor Sales Executive

Role Overview

Location and Work Context

• The role is based at Venture X, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana.
• Client meetings may require travel across Delhi-NCR.

Compensation

• The role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentive structures.

Lead Generation and Advisory

• Identify, generate, and qualify prospects for business loans, working capital, loan against property, personal loans, and other credit products.
• Evaluate client business health, financials, and funding needs.
• Advise on loan structures, lenders, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options.

Deal Execution and Coordination

• Own the sales cycle from initial contact and presentation through document collection, sanction, and disbursement.
• Coordinate with partner banks, NBFCs, and internal credit and operations teams.
• Build relationships with clients, business owners, and referral partners.
• Meet monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Experience

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in BFSI, lending, fintech, corporate/SME sales, or DSA networks.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, negotiation, and independently closing deal pipelines.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in discussions with business owners and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with loan products and financial documents such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and bank statements.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi-NCR for client meetings when required.
