Loader - 1st Shift

A Loader places cabinets and parts into a trailer using hand dollies and pallet jacks; ensuring that the load is correct and secure for transport.

Load cabinets into trailers following the Handling, Staging, and Loading requirements

Packaging cabinets while moving down the assembly line and using strapping machine to secure box for loading

Use scanning system to ensure correct components are assembled

Accurately interpret production labels and scan cabinets and parts

Occasionally use a pallet jack to move skids of parts for loading

Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping

Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

Frequent bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing

Regularly lift and/or move up to 30lb, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lb

Working in an indoor environment with excessive hot, humid, and cold temperatures

Protective safety gear will be required including safety glasses and gloves

The noise level is usually moderate to high

Occasional overtime and weekend work as required
