As a LoA Coordinator, you are at the first row of GT SU project decisions.
You coordinate and moderate the LoA Meetings, advise on process-related topics and document the management decisions.
This will give you the chance to accumulate experience regarding the entire portfolio of our GT SU Execution Unit and to have exposure to management levels, which will give many options to develop your career.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as interface between business units and functions for all LoA-related topics, ensuring alignment and clear communication across stakeholders
- Provide active consulting and guidance to project teams on LoA processes and the Salesforce LoA tool
- Drive continuous improvement of the LoA process by identifying optimization potentials and implementing enhancements
- Ensure correct application of the LoA process, including timely submissions, announcements, and validation of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Organize and moderate LoA meetings at management level, including preparation and follow-up documentation
- Initiate, document, and track LoA approvals in Salesforce, including conditions, comments, and timely execution, and communicate relevant updates to the LoA community
What You Bring
- University degree in an engineering or commercial discipline
- Long-term relevant experience in complex project environments, ideally within interdisciplinary and international project teams across multiple organizational levels
- Strong understanding of bid approval and risk management processes (e.g. PM@SE), including documentation in tools such as Salesforce (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests under time pressure with high diligence and reliability
- Experience in stakeholder management up to senior leadership level and effective collaboration across functions
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with a proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset, as well as solid English skills
