Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an LLM & RL Software Engineer focused on Agentic Engineering at YC Bench.
Responsibilities
include designing and implementing intelligent systems, developing and refining algorithms for large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning (RL), and enhancing the backend architecture.
The role also involves programming, testing, and maintaining software with a focus on scalability and performance for real-time benchmarking systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Experience with LLMs, reinforcement learning methodologies, or similar domains is a plus
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real-time system architecture and performance optimization is a plus
