Location and working model

• This is a full-time role based in the London, UK office.
• The hybrid schedule is three days in the office and two days remote.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Develop and scale LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other APIs.
• Manage multi-API workflows with LiteLLM.
• Build RAG systems using embeddings, Voyage AI, rerankers, and query enrichment.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and vector storage with MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
• Fine-tune LLMs on custom datasets for documentation and user-support tasks.
• Collaborate with the YOLO team on multimodal solutions.
• Automate deployment and testing through GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.

Skills and experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI and machine learning.
• Expert Python and PyTorch proficiency.
• Experience building and deploying applications with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and DeepSeek.
• Hands-on RAG pipeline experience, including embeddings, rerankers, and MongoDB indexing.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with MLOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
• Computer vision interest and understanding of Ultralytics YOLO26 are significant pluses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
