Overview
Java developer
We are seeking a skilled and innovative **LLM AI Developer** to design, build, and optimize AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generative AI systems, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
The role involves developing intelligent assistants, AI automation tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and enterprise AI applications using modern AI platforms and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and optimize AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI systems
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for domain-specific use cases
- Create robust prompt engineering strategies and agent workflows
- Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms
- Develop scalable backend services for AI applications
- Monitor model performance, latency, token usage, and operational reliability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver AI features
- Ensure AI systems follow security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices
- Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, LLM frameworks, and emerging tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software development
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python
- REST APIs
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Git and version control
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI APIs
• LangChain / LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
- Knowledge of:
- Prompt engineering
- RAG architectures
- AI agents and tool calling
- Embeddings and semantic search
- Experience deploying AI applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system architecture

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
