Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Food & Beverage Service

• Provide formal and informal dining service to the Principal and guests to the highest standards
• Set up and clear dining areas, ensuring impeccable presentation at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen staff/chef regarding menus, timing, and service requirements
• Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and pantry areas

2. Personal Assistance

• Attend to the Principal’s daily needs with efficiency and discretion
• Anticipate preferences and proactively ensure comfort and convenience
• Assist with daily schedules, reminders, and personal requests
• Act as a key point of contact between the Principal and household staff

3. Travel Coordination

• Prepare packing and unpacking for trips, ensuring all essentials are organized
• Coordinate with external service providers (hotels, drivers, concierge services)
• Ensure smooth execution of travel plans, including last-minute adjustments

4. Wardrobe Management

• Oversee the care, organization, and maintenance of the Principal’s wardrobe
• Coordinate dry cleaning, laundry, and garment care
• Assist with outfit preparation and packing for travel or events
• Ensure wardrobes are seasonal, organized, and in pristine condition

5. Household Support

• Maintain high standards of presentation across key living areas
• Support guest reception and ensure a seamless hospitality experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor household supplies related to service and personal care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and travel when required
• Impeccable grooming and presentation

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
