What You’ll Do

  • As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll move into a client's home and provide continuous, personalised support - enabling them to live life on their own terms. No two clients are the same, and no two days are identical, but your focus will always be on helping your client feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
  • Day to day, this can include:
  • Delivering your client's personalised care plan and supporting their health and wellbeing goals
  • Managing meals, medication, personal care and hygiene with sensitivity and respect
  • Providing companionship and meaningful conversation - being present, not just present
  • Maintaining a warm, professional relationship with your client's family and the wider care team
  • Keeping your client's home comfortable and helping them stay connected to the life they enjoy
