Litigation Associate (Judicial Clerk)

Kirkland & Ellis is actively seeking a junior associate to join the Litigation practice group in our Washington, DC office following the completion of a judicial clerkship in fall 2026.

Our ideal candidate would have a focus on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court.

Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
