Full-time, on-site Listing Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Creates, updates, and manages property listings across online platforms, ensuring accuracy, appeal, and alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with operations and guest relations teams to gather property details.
- Tracks listing performance and adjusts listings to improve visibility and bookings.
- Liaises with real estate partners and internal stakeholders, supports reservations, and helps resolve listing-related issues.
- Maintains documentation, follows company processes, and collaborates to enhance guest experience and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for working with teams, partners, and guests.
- Knowledge of MLS platforms and experience managing online property listings.
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals and residential markets; Dubai or wider UAE familiarity is ideal.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings and tasks.
- Proficiency with office and property management software, plus basic data entry and reporting skills.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous property management or holiday-home experience is required.
