Listing Generation & Acquisition
- Source new property listings through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field prospecting
- Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors
- Pitch and secure
- exclusive / open listings
- Conduct property inspections and collect required listing documentation
- Maintain a strong pipeline of listings across portals and internal CRM
Property Sales & Leasing
- Market listed properties on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and social media
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers/tenants
- Convert listings into sales by negotiating and closing deals
- Handle end-to-end transactions from inquiry to closing
Client Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to both sellers and buyers
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches
- Advise clients on pricing strategy and investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Ensure smooth deal closure and handover process
