About This Role

Listing Generation & Acquisition

  • Source new property listings through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field prospecting
  • Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors
  • Pitch and secure
  • exclusive / open listings
  • Conduct property inspections and collect required listing documentation
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of listings across portals and internal CRM

Property Sales & Leasing

  • Market listed properties on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and social media
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers/tenants
  • Convert listings into sales by negotiating and closing deals
  • Handle end-to-end transactions from inquiry to closing

Client Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to both sellers and buyers
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new launches
  • Advise clients on pricing strategy and investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
  • Ensure smooth deal closure and handover process
