We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Arab Listing Agent** to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring exclusive property listings, conducting market evaluations, building strong relationships with property owners, and managing property listings across multiple marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct property valuations and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
- Prepare, publish, and manage property listings on various marketing platforms.
- Coordinate property viewings, photography, and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate client and property records using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly listing and business development targets.
Requirements
- **Real estate experience preferred.**
- Strong knowledge of the **Abu Dhabi real estate market**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- **Arab nationality preferred.**
- Experience using **CRM systems** and property portals.
- Proficient in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms.
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).**
