Full-time Listing Agent role with Al Mamzar Real Estate in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on acquiring and managing property listings, negotiating contracts, and supporting transactions for property owners.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings for sale and rent.
- Advertise and promote properties through marketing channels.
- Coordinate property viewings and handle buyer and tenant inquiries.
- Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between owners and clients.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a real estate listing agent.
- Previous real estate experience, preferably in listing properties.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, plus MS Office skills.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month; the posting also describes salary plus commission.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
