Infrastructure supports a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines, 500+ physical servers, and services such as DNS, GitLab, Artifactory, Prometheus, Loki, and Vault.
Work with experienced infrastructure engineers using Scrum and Agile practices, two-week sprints, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Oversee services and infrastructure components including DNS, GitLab, Artifactory, and Vault.
- Perform upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring.
- Manage and support OpenStack and Kubernetes private clouds.
- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux systems on bare metal, virtual machines, and containers.
- Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain stable environments that meet availability SLAs and reduce operational effort through automation.
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure issues with development teams.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures; keep skills current.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Linux system administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Experience designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across bare-metal, container, and cloud environments, including production systems.
- Understand process control, logging, and Linux service management; have experience with services such as Vault, Artifactory, and DNS.
- Use Ansible, Salt, or Chef; have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and log aggregation tools such as Grafana, ELK, or Graylog.
- Have hands-on experience with OpenStack, VMware, Proxmox, AWS, GCP, or Azure; scripting skills in Bash and Python.
- Be familiar with Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or RabbitMQ and have DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Russian at C1 or higher and English at B1.
Preferred experience
- Kubernetes workload and cluster troubleshooting is a plus.
- OpenStack deployment, configuration, maintenance, or troubleshooting is a plus.
- GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions experience is a plus.
- Fintech or trading experience, or experience with high-load and mission-critical systems, is a plus.
