Role Overview
We are seeking skilled **Linux Administrator** to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise Linux environments supporting critical banking and business applications.
The role focuses on system hardening, patch management, automation, performance optimization, and maintaining highly available production environments.
Linux Administration & Operations
- Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
Security & Compliance
- Implement system hardening using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIG standards.
- Manage SELinux policies and kernel-level security configurations.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews.
Automation & Performance
- Automate patching and configuration management using Ansible and Red Hat Satellite.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot Linux-related issues.
- Develop shell scripts and automation workflows.
