- Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking for high-profile work with greater flexibility in Abu Dhabi?
- Re:link, Linklaters’ dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding individuals with a proven track record in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and equity investments.
- In this role, you will:
- Draft, review and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Support high-value and sophisticated deals
- Conduct due diligence and prepare clear, concise reports
- Work alongside leading clients and across Linklaters practice groups
