LinkedIn Marketing Strategist (SEO + Social Media)
About This Role
Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn marketing specialist to own LinkedIn organic and paid strategies for 10+ B2B clients. While you will support integrated campaigns with SEO and broader social media, LinkedIn is your core expertise and primary channel for driving client success.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn (Primary) – Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using Campaign Manager, Sponsored Content, InMail, Sales Navigator, ABM, and Matched Audiences. Provide ghostwriting support and drive organic page growth for clients.
- Social Media (Supporting) – Manage organic and paid efforts across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, including content calendars, community engagement, and ad management.
- SEO – Conduct keyword research, on-page and technical audits, backlink analysis, and use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Reporting – Build dashboards tracking CPL, CTR, engagement, and pipeline influenced. Deliver client reports on time.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of LinkedIn Ads experience (not just post boosting)
- Agency background – managed 5+ client accounts simultaneously
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Matched Audiences
- Basic Canva skills and B2B copywriting ability
- Working knowledge of SEO (Ahrefs/SEMrush) and social scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite)
KPIs (LinkedIn‑First)
- LinkedIn CPL – target below $60 for B2B
- Client retention driven by LinkedIn performance
- Organic reach and InMail response rate
- On‑time delivery of client reports
