The Role

We're looking for a

LinkedIn Executive

who doesn't just understand the platform, who

*lives*

it.

You'll be the voice behind our engagement strategy, building real relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

Your job is to turn comments into conversations, conversations into connections, and connections into opportunities.

This isn't a social media manager role.

This is a

relationship architect role

on LinkedIn.

Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to every comment, reply, and mention with genuine, personalized responses
  • Understand the
  • *intent*
  • behind each comment and respond in a way that deepens the relationship
  • Build a community of engaged followers who feel seen and valued
  • Track engagement patterns and identify which conversations lead to real opportunities

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Understand LinkedIn's algorithm deeply,
  • know
  • *why*
  • certain posts perform and others don't
  • Work with our content team to ensure posts are optimized for maximum engagement
  • Test different hooks, storytelling structures, and CTAs
  • Analyze post performance and provide insights on what resonates with our audience

Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify high-value profiles (founders, investors, event organizers, accelerator leaders)
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that feel like real conversation, not automation
  • Build genuine relationships that lead to speaking invitations, collaborations, and client opportunities
  • Understand customer psychology, know what drives a founder to reach out vs. just scrolling

Profile & Audience Intelligence

  • Analyze target audience profiles, understand their pain points, goals, and what they respond to
  • Research LinkedIn profiles to understand individual interests, recent activity, and engagement patterns
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging accordingly
  • Use LinkedIn analytics to identify growth opportunities and gaps in our positioning

Account Growth & Positioning

  • Develop strategies to grow the account organically (not through gimmicks)
  • Ensure the profile positions our clients as authorities in their niche
  • Create funnels that move people from followers → engaged community → clients
  • Track metrics that matter: engagement rate, outreach response rate, quality conversations, pipeline impact

Essential Skills

  • ✓ Deep understanding of how the LinkedIn algorithm works
  • ✓ Exceptional writing ability, you can write a hook that stops the scroll, a comment that starts conversations
  • ✓ Strategic thinking, you see the bigger picture of how engagement feeds into business outcomes
  • ✓ Relationship builder, you genuinely enjoy connecting people and building community
  • ✓ Research skills, you can deep-dive into a profile and understand what motivates that person
  • ✓ Analytical mindset, you track what works, test, iterate, and optimize

  • You're obsessed with LinkedIn (in a healthy way), you notice trends, you study what works, you understand platform dynamics
