Line Producer (International feature film)

Overview

Requirements

• You're based in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE for the duration of the project (on-site, project-based contract)
• You have proven experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager on film, TV, or large-scale commercial productions
• You have a strong command of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling
• You're highly organized, solutions-driven, and an excellent communicator across departments and time zones
• You can source and manage local crew networks across multiple departments
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment
• Experience with international productions or co-productions is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the UAE / Middle East production ecosystem is a strong plus
• Prior experience with government incentives or rebate frameworks, an existing UAE-based crew/vendor network, and Arabic language skills are all a bonus (English required)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of the production budget, keeping everything aligned with project timelines and requirements
• Oversee day-to-day production operations including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Source and coordinate local crew across departments — camera, lighting, sound, art, and more
• Work closely with department heads to ensure all staffing needs are met efficiently and on time
• Manage local production spend and maintain proper documentation for compliance and reporting
• Coordinate with international partners including the director, producers, and external collaborators
• Troubleshoot on-the-ground challenges and keep production running smoothly from start to wrap
