Line Leader - Food Prcossing

About This Role

TProduction Responsibilities:

• Coordination with operation manager and execute production orders.
• Hands on experience on semi-automated flour loading/blender equipment, nichrome packaging lines and robotic palletiser.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan (volume, efficiency, and timelines).
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the flour mixing and packing line.
• Monitor packing accuracy (weight, sealing, labelling) and product quality standards.
• Streamline and preparation of production reports and sharing with management.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs. Sharing with management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure all production order transactions added in ERP system on day-to-day basis.
• Train employees on procedures, GMP standards, and equipment handling.
• Develop SOPs for all production & maintenance process.
• Monitor inventory levels of basic raw materials, packaging materials(If necessary)

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance knowledge of equipment such as loading/blender equipment, nichrome packaging lines, and robotic palletiser.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to reduce downtime.
• Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and routine checks of equipment.
• Support implementation of predictive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and maintain maintenance KPIs and breakdown logs.

Knewledge & Skills required:

• Minimum 3 years in similar role
• Food plant experience. Meat processing is must
• nowledge of HACCP or other Food Safety protocols
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime regularly as needed, including some Saturdays
• Solid technical aptitude and attention to detail is a MUST
• Good English skills spoken and written
• Proven Safety attitude
• Basic math and computer skills needed
• Physical strength, ability and fitness to lift heavey weights within the allowed safety limits
• Leadership skills & potential for enhance role and career advancement
