Line Leader - Day Shift

We are recruiting for a Line Leader at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY) . This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business. Our Line Leader Academy Masterclass gives you the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a successful Line Leader. Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 to 19:30) Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.90 DOE - with higher earning after! As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will: Manage one of our production lines. Look after General Operatives working on your line. Monitor if your line is meeting targets ad find better ways to do this. Complete paperwork to record how your line is performing. Carry out floor checks and ensure PPE is being worn correctly. Complete a handover for the next shift.

About You

To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are: Any leadership or people management experience. Good attention to detail and communication. Eager to learn new skills.
