Seeking a skilled Line Cook to join the team.
Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and can work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Independently cook all international cuisines including cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Set up cook stations and stock them with necessary prep supplies.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Candidates should be available locally in Qatar with NOC and can join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR 2,500.00 - QAR 3,000.00 per month.
