Line Cook I, II, III

Skills & Qualifications:

• Cook III : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel, resort, or restaurant. Strong leadership skills and advanced culinary knowledge.
• Cook II : 1-3 years of culinary experience. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen. Proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• Cook I : Basic culinary skills with a passion for learning. Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices for all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
