Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Limousine Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our limousine service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising chauffeurs, coordinating bookings and schedules, ensuring vehicle readiness, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting efficient fleet operations.
Key Responsibilitiesoperations Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily limousine operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor booking schedules, trip assignments, and vehicle availability.
- Ensure all transportation services are conducted according to company standards and client requirements.
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Driver Supervision
- Supervise, support, and monitor chauffeurs' performance and conduct.
- Prepare driver schedules, duty rosters, and trip allocations.
- Conduct driver briefings and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new chauffeurs.
Fleet Management
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy.
- Track fuel consumption, vehicle condition, and operational costs.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, permits, and insurance records are current.
Customer Service
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professional chauffeur presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and VIP customers.
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor driver licenses, permits, and training certifications.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and customer complaints, preparing reports as required.
- Promote a culture of safety and professionalism.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, driver attendance, fleet performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist management in implementing operational improvements and cost-control measures.
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in limousine services, transportation operations, fleet management, or a similar role.
- Proven supervisory experience managing drivers and transportation staff.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, scheduling, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation/fleet management software.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
