Responsibilities
- Drive clients to and from airports, hotels, corporate offices, events, and private engagements, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Maintain personal presentation and vehicle cleanliness; assist passengers with luggage and ensure comfort and safety.
- Monitor traffic and road conditions and follow local regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with dispatch, use navigation and booking apps, and provide a professional customer-focused experience.
- Coordinate schedules, reporting, or customer communications as needed.
Requirements
- Have strong driving skills, a clean driving record, and familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Provide a valid UAE driving license suitable for limousine or light vehicle operation.
- Have basic English proficiency, strong customer service and communication skills, and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Use GPS, mobile applications, and basic digital tools for navigation, booking, and communication.
- Be reliable, manage time well, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay attention to vehicle care, cleanliness, presentation, and basic safety checks.
- Professional chauffeur experience is an advantage; previous hospitality, transportation, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional languages, such as Arabic, are beneficial.
