Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Lighting Designer** to develop innovative architectural lighting solutions for a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in lighting design, visualization, and sustainability while ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design architectural lighting for interiors, façades, landscapes, streets, and parking areas.
- Prepare lighting concepts, layouts, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Create renderings and visual presentations using DIALux, Photoshop, and V-Ray.
- Prepare GSAS reports and support sustainable design initiatives.
- Review technical specifications, shop drawings, and lighting fixture submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to obtain approvals.
- Ensure compliance with IES, CIBSE, and local authority regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural lighting design.
- Proficiency in DIALux, Photoshop, and V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of lighting systems, standards, and energy-efficient design.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with GSAS or similar sustainability frameworks.
- Knowledge of BIM or other design software is an advantage.
