- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Assist with office errands, including bank visits, courier services, and government-related submissions.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
- Help manage office supplies and coordinate purchases when needed.
- Assist with receiving visitors and handling basic office support duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and trips.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily office operations.
- No overtime given 12 hours duty.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proven experience as a driver and/or office assistant.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, document handling).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
