Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Driver** to transport **company manpower** from accommodation to site and back, and to handle **collection and delivery of minor materials and tools** to project locations.
The driver will ensure safe, timely transportation of staff and materials while complying with all UAE traffic laws and site HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport manpower from accommodation/room to site and return as per daily schedule.
- Collect materials, spare parts, and tools from stores/suppliers and deliver to site as required.
- Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials and tools.
- Follow UAE traffic rules and company HSE policies at all times.
- Maintain punctuality for shift timings, site mobilization, and material delivery schedules.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, cleanliness).
- Maintain vehicle logbook and report any defects or maintenance needs.
- Follow site access rules and safety procedures at yards and rigs (e.g., Lamprell).
- Coordinate with site supervisor and office team regarding manpower movement and material deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid **UAE driving license** (Light Vehicle / Minibus as applicable).
- Minimum **2 years UAE driving experience** (industrial/site transport preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, supplier locations, and industrial areas.
- Basic understanding of **HSE and site safety rules**.
- Ability to communicate in **English** (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Physically fit and able to assist with handling tools/materials.
