Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks, offer local specialties, follow trends, and adapt to guest needs.
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, communicate, and provide beverage recommendations.
- Help make the bar pleasant and fully functional; work with the hotel team and wider community.
- Handle money carefully and maintain drink quality and attention to detail.
- Follow company policies and procedures, protect confidentiality, and maintain the required appearance and uniform.
- Stand and move for long periods; lift or carry up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg), and reach, bend, and turn.
Recommended qualifications
- A secondary-school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
- At least one year of related work experience is recommended.
- No supervisory experience or certification is listed as required.
