The Lifeguard ensures pool guest safety while delivering memorable, friendly hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor pool activity, prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming.
- Follow the emergency action plan and provide rescue or first aid when needed.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain the pool area.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards for guests and team members.
