Qualifications
- What are we looking for:
- Poses a lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certification
- Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and Holidays.
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities
- What will I be doing?
- Welcome guests and owners with a friendly demeanor.
- Coordinates all activities at the pool.
- Assists and supports during emergency care and treatment in the event of an emergency.
- Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and the facility.
- Notifies appropriate authorities and prepares written reports on all accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions and suspicious persons or activities.
- May be required to do other duties as requested by management.
