Qualifications

  • MINIUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Must successfully complete training program to obtain certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid. Current or previous Lifeguard Training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management. Must be able to lift 70lbs. and perform maintenance and cleaning tasks. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed primarily outdoor pools in the summer season with a crowd of patrons.
