About This Role
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Lifeguard with experience in open water environments within luxury hospitality settings. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of guests in pools, beaches, or other aquatic areas while delivering a high standard of guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming areas (open water, beach, pool) to ensure guest safety
- Prevent accidents and respond immediately to emergencies
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR when necessary
- Enforce safety rules and regulations in all aquatic areas
- Maintain cleanliness and order of lifeguard stations and equipment
- Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards or maintenance issues
- Assist guests with poolside or beach services when required
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence in all guest interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4+ years of lifeguard experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or beach clubs
- Valid lifeguard certification (Open Water / Beach Lifeguard)
- Certified in CPR and First Aid
- Strong swimming and rescue skills
- Excellent awareness, alertness, and quick decision-making ability
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Professional appearance and guest service attitude
