About the Department

Position Duties

• Supervise safety for pool swimmers. Ensure compliance to pool rules are followed for the well-being of swimmers. Current Lifeguard Certification certification with C.P.R and First Aid is desired. The College will reimburse certification costs after 90 days of employment. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possess current Lifeguard Certification which including: C.P.R. and First Aid from the American Red Cross. HS/ GED and at least two years’ experience.
• HS/ GED and at least two years’ experience.
