Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool or beach area to ensure guest safety
- Prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies
- Perform water rescues and first aid/CPR when needed
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Inspect pool area regularly for hazards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the area
- Report incidents and complete daily safety logs
- Assist guests with safety guidance and support
Requirements
- Valid lifeguard certification ( UAE-approved certification)
- Good swimming skills and physical fitness
- Basic first aid and CPR knowledge
- Alert, responsible, and quick decision-making ability
- Good communication skills
