Role overview

Duties

• Monitor pool guests continuously and respond to emergencies to safeguard their safety.
• Provide emergency care until emergency medical services arrive.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standard of guest service.
• Perform limited maintenance and cleaning to keep the pool area clean and safe.
• Answer guest questions about spa, wellness, and hotel services and support the guest journey.
• Follow hotel policies, service standards, and Safe, Sound and Sustainable requirements; attend required training and meetings.

Candidate requirements

• Senior school qualification or equivalent and UAE-recognized lifesaving and lifeguarding certification.
• At least one year of lifeguard experience.
• Clear spoken and written English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to deliver guest service independently.
• Five-star hotel experience and Middle East experience are advantages.
