Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist

About The Role
We're looking for a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to own our email and lifecycle communications end to end — from lead capture through onboarding, activation, first deposit, reactivation, and long-term retention.
You'll design, build, and deploy segmented, multi-language campaigns (English, Arabic, Persian) for a fast-growing, regulated forex/CFD broker, working closely with our Design, Content, Performance, and Sales teams.
If you love the craft of email, clean HTML, smart segmentation, automation that actually converts, this role gives you full ownership of the channel.
Crm & Automation
- Operate our CRM and email platform: configure campaigns, triggers, and automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, verification nudges, first-deposit, reactivation, win-back)
- Build and maintain dynamic client segments based on lifecycle stage, behavior, geography, and language
- Keep the database healthy: hygiene, deduplication, suppression lists, and consent management
- Protect deliverability and sender reputation (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce and complaint monitoring)
Campaigns & Newsletters
- Plan, build, schedule, and deploy recurring newsletters and one-off promotional and educational campaigns across markets
- Own the email calendar in coordination with Content, Design, and Performance
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, and CTAs — and iterate on the results
- Deliver accurate personalization, dynamic content, and localization per market
Html Email Design & Development
- Hand-code responsive HTML email templates that render flawlessly across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile
- Maintain a modular, on-brand template library
- Turn design creative into production-ready, fully QA'd email builds
Strategy & Optimization
- Map and refine the client lifecycle and the messaging strategy for each stage
- Build behavior- and event-triggered flows that move clients from registration to funded and active
- Track and report on engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics — and turn insights into improvements
- Ensure every send meets regulatory, consent, and brand standards
What We'Re Looking For
- Proven experience deploying email newsletters and automated lifecycle campaigns at scale
- Strong hand-coded, responsive HTML/CSS email skills with cross-client testing know-how
- Solid grasp of segmentation, database management, and list hygiene
- Working knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation)
- An analytical mindset — comfortable with A/B testing, metrics, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with any CRM / email marketing platform (skills transfer easily)
