Role Description
This is a full-time Life Support Instructor position, based on-site in Dubai.
The instructor will be responsible for delivering AHA and ASHI-certified life support training to medical professionals, including courses such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Responsibilities include preparing training plans, facilitating practical simulations, assessing student performance, and ensuring compliance with AHA/ASHI guidelines.
Additionally, the role includes maintaining the quality of training materials and the learning environment.
Qualifications
- Valid DCAS license and certification as an AHA/ASHI Life Support Instructor
- Expertise in teaching courses such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in handling simulation-based training equipment
- Experience in medical training and an ability to assess healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to AHA/ASHI training standards
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving training methods and materials
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
