We are seeking a **qualified and experienced BLS, ACLS & PALS Instructor** to join our healthcare training institute in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, clinically competent, and certified to deliver international life support courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver **BLS, ACLS, and PALS training** according to international guidelines
- Conduct **theoretical and practical sessions** with hands-on skill demonstrations
- Assess participants through **skills testing and written evaluations**
- Ensure **AHA / international compliance** with course standards
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation
- Prepare training equipment, mannequins, and course materials
- Support internal audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements
- Provide professional guidance and mentoring to healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with admin team for **class schedules and course delivery**
Requirements
- Valid **BLS, ACLS & PALS Instructor certification** (AHA or equivalent)
- Healthcare background (Nurse, Paramedic, Physician, RT, or allied health)
- Minimum **2–3 years of clinical experience** (preferred)
- Prior **teaching or instructor experience** is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct training in **English** (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and ethical conduct
- DHA / MOH / HAAD license is an added advantage (not mandatory for instructor role)
