About The Role
We are hiring **experienced Life Insurance Direct Sales Advisors** for our fast‑growing Abu Dhabi team.
Only candidates with **minimum 2 years of UAE direct sales experience** in Life Insurance company, Bank, Broker or Financial Services will be considered.
Minimum Requirements
- **2+ years UAE direct life insurance sales experience** (mandatory)
- Background in **Life Insurance / Financial Services**
- **Graduation required**
- Must be **based in Abu Dhabi**
- **Existing good customer base** preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through direct sales
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong portfolio growth
- Ensure renewal premium collection and policy persistency
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
