Education
- Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Completion of an accredited nursing program

Experience
- Preferred Two or more years of experience in Nursing

Certification And Licensure
- Required Graduate Vocational Nurse (GVN) Permit, with authorization to practice in the State of Texas Graduates who do not present a permit to practice within sixty (60) days of graduation will be transferred to an applicable position, if available, with corresponding pay.
