LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Role Overview
POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients; is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family needs and for providing professional nursing care on an intermittent basis in the patient's place of residence. Care is performed in accordance to professional standards, state regulations, physician orders, plan of care, and in keeping with the health center mission.
